Some Excellent 3D opportunity awaits you at Little Mountain Archery Club. Established for 30 years, located between Meadows of Dan and Laurel Fork VA., Little Mountain offers some of the easiest walking trails and the sweetest lanes as you will find anywhere. You need to put this one on your must shoot list for 2011. Offering 5 classes with no speed limit; Little Mountain promotes Old Fashion Archery, shot the way its supposed to be.

RULES
1. Please limit groups to no more than 5 adult shooters.
    If your group is holding up the range
    let smaller groups shoot through.
2. Binoculars are allowed.
3. No Rangefinders
4. No Alcohol
5. No Crossbows
6. Scoring: 12, 10, 8, 5, 0
7. "Pass Throughs" count as a Zero
8. Only one arrow per person is to be shot at the target
9. You many only shoot the designated target
10. Arrow must completely cut line to count higher score.
      Eveyone in group must agree
11. Group can not disuss yardage.
12. If you decide a shot is too difficult, score it as a zero.
13. Ties will be broken with the most 12's then a shoot off,
      if still tied
14. Flight system: Must be at least 10 shooters per class for
      1rst, 2nd, and 3rd place. At least 7 for 1rst and 2nd place.
      There will be an A, B, and C class. If there are more than
      30 shooters, divide by 3 to determine how many shooters
      per class.
15. If you win 1st place, you can take a t-shirt instead of a trophy,
      for 2nd you can pay $1.00 for a t-shirt, and $2.00 for 3rd place

If you have worked 2 shoots the previous year and your
membership dues are paid, You may shoot for free....

BIG BUCK CONTEST REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a working member
    Posted on ShootArchery.com
2. An Officer must verify deer was shot with Archery
    Tackle, Cross bows do not count
3. If an officer has not verified deer was shot with
    archery tackle, sawed off horns will not be accepted
    unless the cape is still attached.
4. Deer must have a gross score of at least 100 inches
    Pope&Young. Contact Paul Nester to have your
    deer scored.
    Free Deer Mount (Maximum $250.00)

BIG DOE CONTEST REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a working member
2. Must be killed with Archery Tackle, Crossbows
    do not count
3. Weight must be verified by an Officer
    Prize for Biggest Doe: $50.00

FREE JACKET REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a working member
2. Must have an officer verify that deer was
    killed with archery tackle. Crossbows do not count.
3. If you don't want a jacket, you may have a free membership
    Jacket orders must be placed by February 1

2010 rule changes:
Both P.R and freestyle will be shooting from the numbered stake with a max of 50 yards green stakes is no more
The money stake has been eliminated for 2010
Members now only have to shoot 7 shoots to be eligible for shooter of the year
Member work day on March 13 8:00am
