HOT SHOT Manufacturing and MAG-TEK releases are proud to announce, The MAG-NIFICENT 7, This is a release using a solid permanent magnet. No more worn out weak springs. This caliper has a machined aluminum body and case hardened sear and trigger mechanism. The trigger rests against the magnet. As you squeeze the trigger it breaks away from the magnet allowing the sear to open. The magnet is also utilized to help the sear open. Neither of the two moving parts are ever pushed to the edge to obtain a crisper feeling trigger, making it safer to draw back. This gives you zero travel and superior trigger feel. If your pulling the trigger and let up, nothing has moved, totally eliminating misfires. To adjust pressure you loosen the set screw and rotate the magnet until you get the desired tension, then retighten the set screw and you are ready to shoot. |

Genesis MAG-TEK MAG-X Release New Genesis MAG-X Release hand held thumb trigger. (Solid Magnet technology patent pending.) No more springs to soften or wear out! The Genesis Mag-Tec Release is designed to fit large or small hands, the thickness of the release is to fit solid and will not rotate vertically in the hand. The pull is directly on the middle finger and is supported by the other two fingers. The thumb trigger is designed to rotate to the direction of squeeze of the thumb pressure, it can also be lengthened to shoot off the end of the thumb or shortened to be shot at the base of the thumb. The trigger rests against the magnet, as you squeeze the trigger it breaks away from the magnet allowing the sear to open. There are only two moving parts, the string dump and the trigger (NO SPRINGS); neither of the two moving parts are ever pushed to the edge to obtain a crisper feeling trigger, making it safer to draw back and therefore eliminating the occasional misfire. This gives you zero travel and superior trigger feel. If you are squeezing the trigger and let up, nothing will move--totally eliminating misfires.
